Living well, for longer
Longevity is not only about adding years to life, but life to years. A 360° medical programme, built to last.

A 360° approach
What doctors call healthy life expectancy plays out on several levels at once. Our approach connects them, starting from a full assessment and long-term follow-up.
Skin
The visible reflection of your balance.
Body
Strength, energy, metabolism.
Mind
Sleep, stress, recovery.
Lifestyle
Habits, people around you, pleasure.
A marker to follow your progress
A score out of 100, built on five pillars of 20 points each. It is set at the start of your programme (M0), then again after three months (M3). It is Maison Apogée's own follow-up tool: it measures your progress and never compares you to anyone else.
Six steps, continuous follow-up

A welcome conversation about your expectations, and a longevity questionnaire.

Medical consultation
The doctor reviews your results and questionnaire, then recommends the right protocol.
